Did you ever read Captain Underpants?!? Boys really need great fiction books to read. You could start a series with your adventures, smaller chapter books into longer and more detailed books. You really have a gift! I don't know what it takes to get a book published, but you already have a story line. Small chapter books would be a great start, look at Harry Potter.
