There’s not much I can really say about this that the title doesn’t already. Â With close to 300 videos posted on The Baby Eaters YouTube channel, it can become daunting to weed through it all for some of our more bizarre and inappropriate ones (or as we call um, our gems). So TBE Classic series shoves them right in your fucking face.

Awhile back I did a blog about my new obsession. The movie ranking website FlickChart.com. After spending hours upon days playing on the site, I got together with my Baby Eating buddy, Devin Barry, and we started a podcast in which we take two movies at random (using the flickchart site) and fight over which film is better. We had a blast just talking about movies for an hour and decided to do the series weekly. Every Wednesday we’ll be posting a new podcast. Take a listen. If you like, please subscribe to it by signing up for updates to this channel or through iTunes.
Also, make sure you go and sign up for an account with FlickChart.com and play along! It is HIGHLY addictive. Sign up HERE!
I know it’s been awhile, but I finally got off my ass and made a new RECEPTIONIST episode. I tapped into my love of horror once again and made this one extra creepy with a side of giggle sauce. Enjoy!

So…I seem to be having a very self-pleasing week. Yesterday I masturbated with my werehand, and today…well…I mean, just watch the damn video.
Ward usually posts our Baby Eater videos and so I never know which one is coming next (which is always very exciting as I usually forget we even made half the ones he posts). This particular week I have to wonder if he watched my episode of The Receptionist and then decided it would be hilarious to also have me suck myself off in the same week, or if is pure coincidence.
Hmmm…tomorrow I post a new Rough Cuts video. Maybe I should keep to theme? Hmmm….

I always enjoy doing musical Receptionist episodes. I’d probably do them more often if I had the time and the musical resources. This is one I have been meaning to make for a long time now, but always got lazy and made something else. Well, I finally got my shit together and here it is. Enjoy the hell out of it!

This is what happens when you play with shit that falls from outer space. They’ve been warning us since the 50’s but there is always some asshole who just has to get in there and poke around.
For those unaware, those other two jerks are the guys I collaborate with on the darkly experimental, homoerotic straight-boy comedy web series, The Baby Eaters. We currently post a new video every Monday and Thursday for your twisted and random delight. This series has always been an amazingly cathartic experience for me. After a long week of pulling my hair out as a starving artist, it’s pure joy to get together with two of my best friends, Ward Roberts and Devin Barry, and simply play (and record it) . The Baby Eaters is the perfect way to re-tap into my childhood way of life, throwing down all my guards and just having a damn good time. The results are yours to enjoy.

This episode was loosely inspired by the fact that I feel like I’ve been at my job for long enough that calling it “Hell” is more than appropriate. Each new day is like a knife twisting under my ribs. That being said, recently I have been able to look around at all the positive things in my world. There are others out there suffering far worse than this whining artist. Â I have a lot of great things going on at the moment and I want to stop taking them for granted. After all, my pen pal from Hell has it much much worse.

David Lynch is one of the reason I am who I am today. His masterpiece, Eraserhead, is responsible for a small portion of the electrified dark matter that gnaws hungrily at my brain. Very few artists can get away with what he does and also make a career out of it. But there are many of you out there who do not particularly care for Mister Lynch and his nightmare worlds. That’s cool. I understand (well, actually I don’t understand, but I’m trying to be supportive). Regardless of what you think of his films, I believe everyone can find something very worthwhile in his latest experiment.
The David Lynch Interview Project is a 20,000 mile cross-country road trip around America. The journey lasted over 70 days, and along the way Lynch and his team interviewed hundreds of people they found on the side of the road, in bars, diners, gas stations, etc. Every three days a new interview is posted. It’s amazing (especially in this vomit-soaked day of “reality” television) to watch real people simply talk about themselves and their life. It’s moving to hear about their real struggles. Meeting people without leaving home. Different backgrounds and philosophies. But no matter who the subject or what the opinion of that subject might be, one thing remains consistent; a connection to each other. A common ground that lies behind our eyes, our sighs of disappointment and our squeals of victory.Â
